Getting to Khurpatal

The finest and most enjoyable way to reach Khurpatal, it is ~320 Kms from Delhi/NCR – the roads are fantastic and the final ~40 kms to Khurpatal will be a drive to remember. If you’re driving from NCR region, it should take you 6-7 hours to reach Khurpatal
Nearest station is Kathgodam. From Kathgodam, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Nainital (from where you would have to take a car). The drive from rly stn to Khurpatal is about 90 mins.
The nearest Airport would be Pantnagar. From there, it is advisable that you hire a taxi. It’s about 2 hours drive from Pantnagar.
Note: It is advisable that you reach Khurpatal before sun-down. It gets dark and sparse in the hills early, you know.
